It's simple. After you buy or sell a home with me, just contact the office to schedule your appointment for the use of the moving van. Keep in mind that the use of moving van is on a first come, first serve basis. Scheduling as far in advance as possible is encouraged.

Changes or cancellations must be made as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your requested rental date. Below are some of the rules & regulations you will need to follow.

• You must have a valid driver's license
• You must have valid auto insurance coverage
• You must have a major credit card
• You may not take vehicle more than 60 miles
• All rentals are for a maximum of 24 hours.
• You must return the truck with a full tank of gas.
• No more than 2 occupants in this vehicle at all times.
